Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Arabstreets Plumbing wants everyone to be able to use arabstreets.lat, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Where We Aim
We try to make the site usable for as many people as we can. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and an orderly page layout
- Give text alternatives for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with good color contrast
- Let people get around the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
If the Site Is Hard to Use
You can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a plumber, or email contact@arabstreets.lat and we will do our part to assist you.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible the site is. Please email contact@arabstreets.lat and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected instead
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
Tell us what happened
Tell us what is happening and where. Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request and a local provider will follow up with you.
